At the moment, the management is in the midst of a few projects, starting with a campaign to preserve and protect the environment. The entire company is involved in keeping the beach clean.

As Wailoaloa Beach is one of Nadi's popular tourist sites, the management takes initiatives to curb public drinking and littering to avoid the diminishing the value of the place.

They also encourage local and traditional culture and have started a weekly entertainment show at the resort.
