Dinning at the Resorts

Eating is one of life's necessities and great pleasures. Meals are included in the packages (except where stated) because eating at the resort you are staying in, is the only choice, there are no restaurants around the corner. Meals are served at specific times of day e.g. breakfast 8am to 9am. Meals are simple and filling. We recommend vegetarians inform the resort on arrival.

What to Expect

These are not luxury resorts. If you need a hair dryer, this is not for you. The accommodation is often in stunning settings and is generally basic but this is where you will experience the real Fiji. You will get to meet, mix and mingle with the locals who operate the resorts and whose home this is. The resorts are not owned by Awesome Adventures and they can vary from property to property and week to week but they do monitor them and have their own staff moving around all the time to try to ensure everything is as it should be.

Helping The Local Community

The places you’ll stay are mostly owned and operated by the local Fijians, often the neighbouring village. The dollars spent by Awesome Adventures Fiji guests helps the local communities immeasurably by providing work, income for housing, schools and a better quality of life.

Cancellation fees: 7 days or less to departure - 10%. Less than 24 hours to departure - 50%. No refunds will be issued for unused days on the Pass nor for any unused components of the Packages unless cancelled by the Operator.
