Late check-outs between 10 am and 6 pm are charged 50% of the normal room rate.
Accommodation is free for children below 4 years sharing the room and bed with parents.
The cancellation policy is as follows:
- cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 10% of the total booking
- cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking
- no-shows incur a fee equivalent to 100% of the total booking
- in addition to the above charges being levied by Beach Escape Villas, Fiji Hotel Link charges a handling fee of 10% of the value of the booking with a minimum charge of FJD 20 and a maximum of FJD 50.
Please note that an additional 3.5% administration fee will be charged on all credit card transactions.
