Beachcomber Island Resort

By day, guests can relax on the beach, sunbath or try out the water sports on offer. Being surrounded by a marine sanctuary presents excellent opportunities for snorkelling right off the shore.

Come nightfall, it's time to party! Have a few Fiji Babies (beer) to kick things off during happy hours. Then take part in the Bula Dance performed by the local band. The band plays for about an hour and then the DJ takes over. Those who are still standing after this are free to bring out their own supply of alcohol and continue to party.

Beachcomber is a perfect place to meet and mingle with different people from different places around the world.  Whether guests travel alone, with a partner or with a group of friends, this is the perfect holiday destination.

Meals:

The sound of island drums signals meal times! Varieties of meals are served daily, buffet style. Guests can eat as much of the delicious food as they like so they definitely get good value for money. Complimentary fruit juice is served with breakfast; tea and coffee are available four times a day.

Barefoot Bar:

With the sand stretching right up under the bar stools, the bartenders are ready and waiting to serve your from freshly squeezed fruit juices, wines, spirits, ice cold Fiji draught beer to the most exotic island cocktails. The bar closes at 12.30 am.

Fun:

There is something for everyone at Beachcomber. Enjoy a game of beach volleyball, snorkelling or just unwind under a coconut tree sipping a favourite cocktail. Those ready for an adrenalin rush can try out the many activities available, like parasailing or windsurfing.

Late check-outs are charged 50% of the normal room rate.

Beachcomber offers a late boat transfer service for guests wishing to connect with international flight arrivals and departures that fall outside the normal ferry service.

Children below 12 years are not permitted to stay in the lodge and dormitory.

Children below 2 years can stay for free at the oceanview and beachfront bures. The extra child rate will apply to children between 2 and 12 years.

The cancellation policy is as follows:

- cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night's booking

- no-shows will incur a fee equivalent to 100% of the total booking.

- in addition to the above charges being levied by Beachcomber Island Resort, Fiji Hotel Link will charge a handling fee of 10% of the value of the booking with a minimum charge of FJD 20 and a maximum of FJD 50.
