- Breakfast begins from 7:30am till 10am and includes tea, coffee, juice, toast and spreads and cereal. Seasonal fruits are only served when available.
- A selection of choices for lunch, from 12 to 2 pm is displayed on the blackboard menu.
- Complimentary afternoon tea is served at 4 pm daily.
- Daily theme dinner is served at 7pm. This may vary from Fijian, Indian, Pasta, Roast nights and BBQs and Lovo(underground oven).

- cancellations made within a week of travel incur a one night fee
- cancellation received 48 hours before arrival incur full cancellation charges
