Caring For The Customer

The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the property. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.

Notes:

The rates are based on accommodation in Hibiscus cabin for 2 adults. It also includes cruise transportation and services, morning and afternoon tea, meals,cruise entertainment, shore excursions, entrance fees and activities included in the cruise schedule, snorkeling gear, ship to shore transfers and government taxes.

A fuel surcharge is applicable and payable direct to the cruise company upon check-in.
