Children policy:
- Children under the age of 15 are allowed to share the room with their parents using the same bedding configuration for no extra charge.
- In any circumstances where a rollaway bed is required the extra person charge will apply.
- Infant cots will be provided on a complimentary basis.
- Meals for children up to 11 years old will be providedat F$50 per child per day.

The cancellation policy is as follows:
- cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total booking
- no-shows incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total booking
- no refunds will be made for late check-in or early check-out.
- in addition to the above charges being levied by Botaira Resort, Fiji Hotel Link charges a handling fee of 10% of the value of the booking with a minimum charge of FJD 20 and a maximum of FJD 50.
