- cancellations made 30 to 15 days prior to sailing will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking.
- cancellations made 14 days or less prior to sailing will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total booking.
- no show will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total booking.
- in addition to the above charges being levied, Fiji Hotel Link will charge a handling fee of 10% of the value of the booking with a minimum charge of FJ$20 and a maximum of FJ$50.
