Daku Resort is a comfortable, friendly place exuding a relaxed feel. The sea is across the road at the end of the drive. A walk on a track behind the resort takes you across a small freshwater creek and up through the lush tropical forest for a magnificent mountain top view of the bay. Daku Resort has snorkelling equipment, kayaks and a boat to hire, and can organise diving, fishing, bike rides and hiking in the bush. Alternatively you can just take it easy in the pool, or sit on your deck and enjoy the view of the gardens and the bay.

Breakfast is a tropical breakfast ($10) or a cooked breakfast ($14).
For lunch you can enjoy casual eats of grilled sandwiches, salads, fish and chips, pies, sausage rolls, salad, steak and onions, and omelettes from FJ$8.00 - $15.00. A light menu is available all day.
At dinner savour an array of Indian, Fijian, Chinese or European dishes. If you order by 3.00pm, you can choose from a number of Indian curries, Chinese chop suey and chow mien dishes, vegetarian dishes, Fijian food cooked in coconut cream, or European grilled meats, fish or chicken. FJ$14 - $25. The resort also offers regular special dinners - Indian curry nights, Chinese nights and Sunday evening BBQs. We can cater to vegetarian or gluten-free diets too.
Weddings at Daku Resort
Being a small resort, Daku can give you personal attention. You can take over the whole place, so it's easy for your family and friends to come and join the celebration of your special day. And at the resorts prices, they won't be frightened off by the cost. As a rough guide, with 40 guests, they could be paying as little as F$50 a night.
* You can get married on the beach or in the tropical Resort Garden.
* You can have a Fijian choir or be showered with beautiful Fijian tropical flowers.
* You can have a Fijian celebratory feast or a simple wedding breakfast.
Whatever you need, Daku Resort will look after it - Marriage Certificate, Photography, Video, Catering, Babysitting (for guests rather than Bride and Groom!).

- More than 45 days prior to arrival = 25% of deposit retained.
- Cancellations made between 45 to 31 days prior to arrival = accommodation fee for every bure or self-contained unit cancelled.
- Cancellations made between 30 to 15 days prior to arrival = accomodation fee for every bure or self-contained unit cancelled.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival = full charge for all nights cancelled.
- No-shows and early departures = no refund.
