From the water it looks like an ancient village, so traditional is the design. You step off at Masima Island in the middle of the Lagoon. Blue waters beneath your feet - is it possible that colour is real? Here you will be greeted with the renowned Fijian welcome and then escorted to your Bure to begin your magical experience.
There are only 45 bures at Likuliku Lagoon Resort - all fully air-conditioned and ten of which are suspended over the magnificent Lagoon - the first of their kind in Fiji. Thirty-six line the pristine beachfront, some with private plunge pools, and all with inescapable views of the ocean.
The beating heart of the Resort is a magnificent building in the design of a traditional Fijian canoe house. Here you will find our signature restaurant, lounge bar, private function room, guest lounge, wine cellar and convenient wireless "hotspot" access. The stylish Boutique stocks unique fashion and accessories in addition to local and traditional artifacts. Energise and rejuvenate your body in the gymnasium and day spa, before relaxing by the magical horizon- edge freshwater swimming pool with views over the Lagoon.

Dining at Likuliku Resort
The culinary experience at Likuliku delivers exquisite flavours of the Pacific Rim.
"Fijiana" Restaurant is the centrepiece, with views over the Lagoon, gardens and pool, offering intimate spaces for couples to savour the sights, sounds and tastes of their unique surroundings. The cuisine is fresh and creative, highlighting the finest local produce with emphasis on local seafood, lush tropical fruits, premium products and the diversity of cultures that have shaped the South Pacific. The dining concept is daily changing in a mini-Degustation style.
Every Friday evening "Fijiana" hosts a traditional Fijian Lovo, which is a traditional form of cooking in the South Pacific where meat, seafood and vegetables are wrapped in coconut and banana leaves and then buried with hot stones and coals to cook slowly in an underground earth oven. Enjoy succulent dishes and delicious local seafood, with fresh tropical salads and fruits.
On Tuesday nights, the chefs stoke up their BBQs ready for you to select your favourite cut of local meat and seafood.
Sunday evenings is "Magiti" (Fijian for 'Feast' and pronounced Mang-iti) night which is along the lines of the Fijian family feast with undertones of sharing, community and village life, the Magiti is served "share style" and is themed with a different local ethnic culture each week.
