The cancellation policy is as follows:
- cancellations received 45 days or further prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the deposit charged.
- cancellations received 45 days or less prior to arrival and no-shows will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total booking.
- no refund will be made for days not used due to late arrival or premature departure.
- in addition to the above charges being levied by Namale Island Resort, Fiji Hotel Link will charge a handling fee of 10% of the value of the booking with a minimum charge of FJD20 and a maximum of FJD50.
- changes to existing bookings: one change is permitted free of charge.
Any additional changes requiring a revised invoice are subject to a fee of US$35 per change.
