The cancellation policy is as follows:
- cancellations received within 16-40 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to a night's accommodation.
- cancellations received within 8-15 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 2 nights accommodation.
- cancellations received within 7 days prior to arrival and No Shows will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the total accommodation booked.
- in addition to the above charges being levied, Fiji Hotel Link charges a handling fee of 10% of the value of the booking with a minimum charge of FJD 20 and a maximum of FJD 50.
