- cancellations made 8 to 30 days prior to check-in will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the total booking.
- cancellations made 7 days or less prior to check-in will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking.
- In addition to the charges being levied by Oarsmans Bay Lodge, Fiji Hotel Link will charge a handling fee of 10% of the value of the booking with a minimum charge of $20 and a maximum of $50.
