You will get picked up from your respective hotels then driven up to the mountain of the sleeping giants, also home to the Garden of the Sleeping Giants.

Upon reaching the top, you will be taken on a self guided tour through the beautiful and serene orchid gardens and rainforests that are nestled at the foot of this mountain. Fresh local juice will be served here with other refreshments.

The next stop is the natural mud pool and hot springs. It is here you can go all out and paint yourselves with the warm mud to absorb its soothing and healing properties before washing it off in the hot springs.

After which, you will be taken to Nalesutale village for Lunch and then to a traditional kava ceremony. You will then be treated to a half hour massage before being transported back to your respective hotel.
