Papageno Resort is a small intimate beach resort in Malawai Bay on the north coast of Kadavu. Access is by boat only adding to the intimacy of this resort. The resort is aimed primarily at cultural travellers and scuba divers and prides itself on its organic gardens and home style atmosphere. Non motorised water activities are free of charge and daily diving trips to the Astrolabe Reef can be arranged.

Once you arrive in Fiji, you will need to get a seat on a commuter plane flying to the remote island of Kadavu.There is only one air port and it is in Vunisea Kadavu.
The resort staff will be waiting for you at Kadavu's airport and will help carry your luggage to the beach. A powerboat will then take you on an exhilarating 30-minute ride beside a shore where green jungle rises to rolling mountains. Your journey ends when you glide to a halt in the shallows of Malawai Bay, and see your host waiting for you on our white sand beach.
