- cancellations made within 2 days of arrival incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total booking
- no-shows incur a fee equivalent to 100% of the total booking
- no refund shall be made for late check-in or early departures
- in addition to the above charges being levied, Fiji Hotel Link charges a handling fee of 10% of the value of the booking with a minimum charge of FJD 20 and a maximum of FJD 50.
