Late check-out from 12.00PM up to 6.00PM will be charged 50% of the room rate. Late check-out after 6.00PM will be charged the full rate for 1 night.
Accommodation
2 children 12 years and under can stay for free when sharing with at least 1 paying adult and using the existing bedding in the room. Extra charges will apply if an extra bed is requested.
Meals
A maximum of 2 children per room can dine for free when accompanied by at least 1 paying adult:
- Buffet Breakfast at the Feast restaurant
- Lunch and Dinner at either the Flying Fish or Feast restaurant where dinning is based on the children's menu of 1 x main meal choice and 1 x soft drink choice.
(This does not include poolside service, in-room dinning and non-hotel outlets.)
Kids Club
The kids club is free for a maximum of 2 children between 4 to 12 years of age for your entire stay.
- Cancellations made 3 to 14 days prior to check-in will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to 1 night's booking with the exception of the following peak periods from 2 to 11 April 2010, 3 to 18 July 2010, 25 September to 10 October 2010 and 26 December 2010 to 14 January 2011. A penalty per room per night for the number of rooms booked will be incurred.
- Cancellations made 2 days prior to check-in will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to 100% of the total booking.
- No shows will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to 100% of the total booking.
- No refund will be made for unused days due to late check-in or early check-out.
- In addition to the charges levied by Sheraton Denarau Villas, Fiji Hotel Link will charge a handling fee of 10% of the value of the booking with a minimum charge of $20 and a maximum of $50
Minimum stay
A 3 night stay is required when booking between the 31st December to 3rd January inclusive.
Admin fee
Please note that an additional 3.5% administration fee is charged on all credit card transactions.
Name change and adjustments to travel dates
The resort does not allow changes to any reserved rooms 21 days or less prior to check-in. During the peak periods, no name changes will be permitted within 30 days prior to check-in. The following are the peak periods at the resort:
- 2 to 11 April 2010
- 3 to 18 July 2010
- 25 September to 10 October 2010
- 26 December 2010 to 14 January 2011
