  • If cancellation is made within 7 to 2 days of scheduled arrival, a cancellation fee equal to one night’s accommodation will be levied.
  • Guests that cancel within 48 hours, or check in after their scheduled arrival date will be charged 100% accommodation for all nights the room was booked but not occupied.

Late check-out policy:

Late check-out from 12.00PM up to 6.00PM will be charged 50% of the room rate. Late check-out after 6.00PM will be charged the full rate for 1 night.

Children policy:

Accommodation
2 children 12 years and under can stay for free when sharing with at least 1 paying adult and using the existing bedding in the room. Extra charges will apply if an extra bed is requested.

Kids Club

The kids club is free for a maximum of 2 children between 4 to 12 years of age for your entire stay.

Name change and adjustments to travel dates
The resort does not allow changes to any reserved rooms 21 days or less prior to check-in. During the peak periods, no name changes will be permitted within 30 days prior to check-in. The following are the peak periods at the resort:
 - 2 to 11 April
 - 3 to 18 July
 - 25 September to 10 October
 - 26 December to 14 January
