The cancellation policy is as follows:
- cancellations made between 3 to 7 days prior to check-in will incur 2 nights fee.
- cancellations made less than 3 days before prior to check-in will incur the full charge.
- no-shows or days not used due to premature departure will incur the full charge.
- no refund will be given for unused days due to late arrival or premature departure.
- in addition to the charges levied by Sonaisali Island Resort, Fiji Hotel Link will charge a handling fee of 10% of the value of the booking with a minimum charge of $20 and a maximum of $50.
