- cancellations received 14 to 21 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the total booking.
- cancellations received 7 to 14 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking
- cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total booking
- no refunds will be issued for late check-in or early check-out
- no-shows incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total booking
- in addition to the above charges being levied by the Pearl South Pacific Resort and Spa, Fiji Hotel Link charges a handling fee of 10% of the value of the booking with a minimum charge of FJD 20 and a maximum of FJD 50.
