"no major complaints, hotel is overall a charming place, we did how the misfortune of booking stay during pool and room constructions, which should have been advertised prior to booking, may revisit next year.."

"Organised activities throughout the day at the resort is a major plus. Would have liked free shuttle to the Arts Village up the road.
Prefer reception staff to give unbiased travel information rather than the travel desk. Found it was easy enough to catch a van/bus from the highway."

"After travelling around Viti Levu we did not find another place to compare with the Pearl. The service, facilities and atmosphere were second to none. Thanks to the staff for the hospitaliy they showed us to help make this a very memorable holiday.
