- Cancellations made within a week before travel will incur a 1 night fee.
- Cancellation received 48 hours before travel will incur full cancellation.
- Clients no show on arrival will be charged 100% for the accommodation booked.
- In addition to the charges levied by Wailoaloa Beach Resort , Fiji Hotel Link will charge a handling fee of 10% of the value of the booking with a minimum charge of $20 and a maximum of $50.
